Make-Up Trial:
The main purpose of a trial is that you should be perfectly happy with the result and if you are not we will experiment and change the look until you are!
The trial is conducted at your convenience at my home in Westville.

• The cost of the trial is payable on the day of the trial. (See Prices)
  I have a lovely photographic portfolio and DVD which can be viewed at the trial.
• All make-up used is recorded for perfect referencing on your Wedding or Special Occasion Day. Your make-up preferences/requirements are discussed fully and my advice is given re: colour choices and look, whether natural, more dramatic, funky etc. This also allows us to see what suits you best for your occasion.
• The trial will take at least 90 minutes. I prefer to do trials in the morning when natural light is at its best. I am available during the week and on Sundays.
• Colour scheme details such as those of the garments, flowers, jewellery etc., are discussed during the trial. Time details such as hair appointment, make-up, photographer – if applicable, getting dressed, departure, exact time of the Wedding or Special Occasion etc., are discussed during the trial.
• Your skin type, known allergies, hair and eye colour will all be considered in relation to the make-up and look you want to achieve. Wedding Day make-up is discussed carefully in relation to the photographer’s lights and the colour of your dress.
• You are welcome to bring your own camera to record "before and after" photographs of your trial.

After the Trial:
A 50% deposit of the total cost of the Wedding or Special Occasion Day secures a firm booking. This can be paid in cash or directly into my bank account.
The balance is payable on my arrival on the Wedding or Special Occasion Day or can be put into my bank account prior to the event.

On the Day:
I travel to where you are getting dressed for your Wedding or Special Occasion Day at the agreed time. There are no extra travel costs if this is in the greater Durban area. However, if I need to travel beyond Hillcrest, Umhlanga Rocks or Durban Airport, there will be a charge per km (x2) from these points. (See Prices)
Especially on a Wedding Day, time flies and you and your attendants will need to be ready for your make-up on time. Please work on ± 40 to 45 minutes per face with some additional touch up time at the end.
